Founded by James Menno, Freshline was born out of a passion for health, wellness, and helping Long Island families live better lives — starting with the most essential resource: water. With Ryan helping in day-to-day operations, the Menno family built Freshline from the ground up — every system installed, every customer call answered, every follow-up made with that same family-first mindset.

Such a great experience from start to finish! We are almost at two weeks since installation and have already seen a big difference in our skin and hair. Ryan was professional, helpful, and made the whole process quick and easy.
